The service
ospreynav.com provides marine navigation and vessel-data tools for boat owners and the crew they invite. Access is by invitation: an owner invites crew, and each member gets their own login and role on a vessel.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Don't share access or attempt to reach vessels or data you have not been granted.
Your data
Vessel data you or your crew upload remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Navigation disclaimer
The service is provided for reference and convenience only and must not be relied upon as a primary means of navigation or for safety-of-life decisions. Always use official charts and approved navigation equipment. Conditions at sea change; verify all information independently.
Availability and "as is"
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
